We never had the vision to have a head office in any metros irrespective of the business opportunities it has to offer since we earnestly believe that cities must be de urbanized largely with green zones and no traffic zones. We have close to 10k sq. ft of lush greenery with jackfruit trees, mango trees, plantains, flowering plants around our residence cum office. Though our office is adjacent to a PWD road, the dust and air pollution owing to heavy traffic is contained by the dense green coverage around us added to other blessed environmental benefits of our greenery.

We cater valuation services to all parts of Kerala and choose to be grounded to an environment friendly work and social culture.

The most attractive part of our governance is that we do not operate in cash. Only registered valuers or employees with equivalent qualifications carry out site inspections and property valuations. We do not engage services of proxies or unqualified freelancers for inspection of properties. We do not engage in assigning or taking up sub-contracting valuation jobs without requisite agreements in writing. At every stage we anticipate and avoid any conflict of interest – personal, professional or financial.

We believe in imparting knowledge to our employees. As part of free knowledge sharing, we have recently launched a new YouTube channel under the brand of Sreedevi Valuers.

We grow as a team and not individually. Our income, though marginal, is heavily invested in continuous learning, quality enhancement and ESG by consistently following value-based ethics. Apart from the above we consistently make positive use of social media to spread awareness on property valuation profession.
